Set Voicemail Greeting
Each user on Wildix Collaboration has access to their own personal voicemail. To record the voicemail messages and/or name for the voicemail message, follow the instructions below.
1. Call the number 81.
2. Press 0 to go to your mailbox options.
3. Choose one of the following options:
- Press 1 to record your unavailable message
- Press 2 to record your busy message
- Press 3 to record your name
4. Record your voice prompt and press the pound (#) key to stop the recording.
5. Choose one of the following options:
- Press 1 to accept the recording
- Press 2 to listen to the recording
- Press 3 to record it again
