Retrieving Print Jobs from the Group User Box on a Konica Minolta Bizhub 958

Follow these steps to retrieve your print job from the Group User Box:

Approach the Printer: Walk up to the Konica Minolta Bizhub 958 printer.
Enter Authentication Code: On the printer’s touch screen, you’ll see an option to enter your authentication code. Input your unique code here. This code is essential for accessing your print jobs and maintaining security.
Access User Box: After you’ve logged in, navigate to the ‘User Box’ option on the screen.
Select Group User Box: You will see a list of available User Boxes. Select the ‘Group’ User Box associated with your account.
Find Your Document: Within the Group User Box, you’ll find a list of your print jobs. Select the document you wish to print.
Print Your Document: After selecting your document, press the ‘Print’ option. Your document will start printing.
