📺 Using the Poly Studio X70 for School Board Meetings

Microsoft Teams – Touch Panel Instructions

🟢 STARTING THE MEETING

👆 1. Wake Up the System
Tap the Touch Panel to wake up the TV and camera. Everything powers on automatically.

📅 2. Find the Meeting
Look for “School Board Meeting” on the calendar.

▶️ 3. Tap Join
Press the Join button to enter the meeting.

💬 SHOWING THE CHAT WINDOW (Optional)

🔲 Tap the layout grid icon
(It looks like 4 small squares on the meeting screen.)

🟢 Toggle the Chat switch ON
This enables the chat window so you can follow messages.

🔴 ENDING THE MEETING

📞 Tap the red Hang Up button
You’re now disconnected from the meeting.

😴 Automatic Power Down
The TV and device will go to sleep automatically. No need to turn anything off manually.

⚠️ IF THE TV DOESN'T WAKE UP PROPERLY

🖥️ Use the TV Remote
Grab the remote and press the Input or Source button.

🔘 Select the input labeled POLY_VCONF
This brings up the Microsoft Teams screen connected to the Poly system.
