The original issue was that Service Learning Hours Earned (a.k.a. “Community Service hours”) were NOT showing up for certain students.

e.g.

The RESOLUTION was (essentially) that the hour requirement needed to be defined in GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS screen – using the “RCCS Standard Diploma”:

… and STUDENT SERVICE LEARNING is where the hours are tracked
