🔧 Troubleshooting
-
→
USB not detected? Try a different USB port on the printer or re-insert it. Only front/side ports work.
-
→
File does not appear or won’t print? Make sure it is saved as a PDF. The Bizhub is very picky about file types.
-
→
“External Memory” option missing? Log in first and check the top of the screen for the notification bell 🛎.
-
→
“Unsupported format” error? Save the document again as PDF and try once more.
