Reminder: Clear and consistent file names make invoices easier to track and match in iVisions.

Step 6 – Upload into iVisions

Your file is now ready for use in iVisions. Next steps depend on what you are processing:

Troubleshooting

  • Pages missing? Make sure you clicked Finish only after all pages were scanned.
  • File not found? Double-check your Downloads folder. If needed, repeat the scan.
  • Blurry or crooked scans? Reseat the document flat on the bed and rescan.
