Epson Scan - Scanning a Document to your PC

How to scan a document with the Epson standalone scanner.

  • Insert your document to be scanned into the scanner bed, face down. Then hit the start button on the scanner:


  • Once the scanning begins, you will see the following message on your screen. The scanner will keep scanning pages into your file until you indicate that you are done.  Click the FINISH button when you have scanned all of your pages.


  • On this next screen, you have an opportunity to rotate any pages if necessary.  If everything looks good, hit the NEXT button at the bottom.


  • You will get a box asking if you would like to save or print this document. Choose SAVE


  • Now you will be asked to name your file. Type in the name you want to use, and make sure your downloads folder is selected in the location box.  To make locating this file easier, follow the naming scheme described in Accounts Payable 101


  • That's it! You should now have the file in your downloads folder. This is now ready to be uploaded into iVisions. Refer to one of the following guides for more information
